General Information About Colony Square Apartments, LLC Colony Square is a peaceful community of 141 one- and two-bedroom apartment homes featuring central heat, air conditioning unit, range, frost-free refrigerator, disposal and carpet. Sound and fire protection are provided by concrete block walls between each home. Our apartments are cleaned and painted and any obvious maintenance work is completed prior to your move-in. Upgrade options are available including new kitchen cabinets, new carpet, upgraded refrigerator or stove, over-the-range microwave and/or new bathroom vanity. Dishwashers can be installed in any apartment when new kitchen cabinets are chosen. Rental Terms Generally, there is a ONE-YEAR lease, but depends on the time of year of move-in. (Please speak to a Leasing Agent for details.) A sixty (60) day written and oral notice is required to terminate the lease.
Rent is paid through an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payment system (electronically paid from your checking or Visa/MasterCard account on the third of each month). The security deposit is $400. Satellite dishes are not permitted. Pets are not permitted in the apartments or on the premises. Visiting pets are not permitted.
